We aim to ship as soon as reasonably practicable after payment is received. It is your responsibility to check and be aware of restrictions (if any) on importing ancient coins and antiquities into your country. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. For international orders, please allow up to two weeks before enquiring about your order status. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Descriptions and images: We use our best endeavours to accurately photograph, describe and attribute coins relying on available physical and online references. We put considerable effort into researching coins in physical references and online databases. Over time, dates, mints and other items attributed to a particular coin can change from new research. In some cases these matters are the subject of ongoing debate by academics. Additionally although grading an ancient coin is a matter of subjective opinion, we try to be conservative. We try our best to take photos which mirror how the coin appears in hand. However, photographs will vary slightly (including colour) from the actual subject due to lighting conditions and limitations in the equipment and post-processing software used.

Refunds & Returns: All ancient coins and antiquities are guaranteed authentic for life. Ancient coins (other than ancient coins sold as a group) are accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity. All ancient coins (including ancient coins sold as a group) may only be returned for a refund if it is established by an accredited professional that they are not authentic. Accredited professionals means experts who specialise in certification services for ancient coins. Our recommended choice is David.R.Sear, who is a leading authority in the field of ancient numismatics. Other recommended certification services include PCGS. Except to the extent required by law and without limiting any rights you have at law, it is our discretion whether refunds will be given for any minor issues with our descriptions. JHowever, we will exercise such discretion reasonably and in good faith. Examples of minor issues: we have incorrectly described the date of a coin as 16AD instead of 17AD; 2) We have incorrectly attributed the coin e.g. referencing SNG ANS 888 instead of SNG ANS 887. Examples of major issues where we will refund: 1) we describe an ancient coin as a "lifetime issue" and in fact, it is not; 2) we describe an ancient coin as being minted under one emperor (e.g. Vespasian) and it was actually minted under another (e.g. Titus).
